I have to say Surrey Pet Supplies are one of the best companies I have ever dealt with in terms of customer service. I placed my order online and was given a 2hour delivery slot so I did not have to wait in all day for my delivery, if one company can do this why can't others, there should be no need to sit in from 7am-8pm in some instances. After having a problem with a product my query was dealt with very swiftly and I was offered a replacement or a refund with no hassle, I returned the faulty product and received a new one the next day and was also refunded my delivery cost for returning the item.
