Our 60-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 60 days All returns must have a ID number. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 60 days unless they are faulty.
Making A Return
1. Log in
2. Click 'My Account' on the right hand side.
3. Click 'Order History' (3rd tab)
4. Press search
5. Select the order by clicking the order number
6. Scroll to bottom and fill in the 'Return Request' form.
