A huge thank you for the big box of "Chuckits" - the Shield Stables dog show made a whopping
£800 which is way over what we have ever made before. Half is going to Border Collie Rescue and half to Pine Ridge Dog Sanctuary at Ascot as that charity seems to get an awful lot of BC's through its doors also.

I am sure one of the reasons that people come back time and time again to our shows is that we give lots of rosettes and prizes to third place - even if it is only a little sample pack of dog food. Your generous gift meant that we had really nice prizes to offer to our second prize winners in the novelty classes, with a couple left over to swell our goody table in the tombola.

We gave out quite a few of your leaflets, and have retained the rest for our next show. I'll also add your link to my website when I next update it .

Naturally my co-organiser Val and I would be delighted if you felt able to sponsor us again in October, but certainly would not wish to abuse your generousity.
